What we keep, and why.

Your email address and password when you create an account. Your name and, if you add it, your mobile number. The bookings you make or receive: service, time, price and the pro or client involved. For pros: your business details, address, services, hours, photos and, through Stripe, your subscription status. Basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security.

To run bookings: showing pros to clients, holding times, and sending confirmations, changes, cancellations, reminders and receipts. To bill pros for their subscription. To answer support requests. To keep the site safe. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show ads.

If you opt in to text reminders, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your bookings. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency is one reminder per booking. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

We record the date you opted in and the exact wording you agreed to, and the date you opted out if you reply STOP.

Booking messages go to the email on your account. Pros receive your email only through replies you send; clients receive the pro's email as the reply address on booking messages so questions reach the right person.

Service providers that run the site on our behalf, each bound to use the data only for that work: Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (pro subscription billing; card details go to Stripe and never to us), Twilio (text messages) and Resend (email). A pro sees the bookings made with them and the name and contact details you share for those bookings. We disclose data when the law requires it.

Account and booking records stay while your account is active and for as long as needed for records, disputes and legal requirements. Delete your account by writing to Contact@wyrickstudios.com; we remove personal data that we are not required to keep.

Change your name, number or text consent from your account page. Reply STOP to end texts. Cancel bookings from the link in your confirmation. Pros can edit or unpublish their profile at any time.

The site is for adults. Clients under 18 should book through a parent or guardian.
