The deal, in plain words.

Just Kuttin Up is an online booking service run by Wyrick Studios. It connects clients with independent barbers, hair stylists, nail techs and estheticians ("pros") in the United States. By using the site you agree to these terms.

You need an account to book or to list your services. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be 18 or older to list services as a pro.

Each pro sets their own services, prices, hours and cancellation window. A booking is an agreement between you and the pro. You pay the pro directly, at the chair or through the pay app the pro lists. Just Kuttin Up does not process your payment and never sees your card details. Booking is always free for clients.

Cancel from the link in your confirmation or from your bookings page before the pro's cutoff. After the cutoff, contact the pro directly.

Pros pay one flat monthly price after a 30 day free trial. A card is required to start the trial; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time before then. We take no commission on bookings. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.

When text reminders are available, if you opt in, Just Kuttin Up sends one text reminder per booking. Message frequency depends on how often you book. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect booking emails, which carry your confirmations and receipts. Texts are sent only to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada; everyone else receives reminders by email.

Booking confirmations, changes, cancellations, reminders and receipts are sent by email to the address on your account. These are transactional messages about your own bookings, not marketing.

Pros own the photos, names and descriptions they upload and give Just Kuttin Up permission to show them on the site. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share. Reviews must describe a real visit.

Do not misuse the site: no fake bookings, no scraping, no attempts to access other people's data, and no automated traffic. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Just Kuttin Up provides the booking tools; the pro provides the service. We are not responsible for the quality of a service, for a missed appointment, or for payments made between you and a pro. The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
